I do agree with this quote, I think when a person has peace with themselves then they are happy. when a person is fine with their self little things don’t bother them as easily because they confident and content. You will become an all around better person inside and out. i belive peace come from within a person and definatley is up to the person. If they arent at peace with themselves and always upset then they will never be happy.
